Very slow to refund
I ordered a lovely linen dress from Pure but it looked like a sack on my body! I returned it & sadly not received a refund to date. I emailed to complain & was told refunds are delayed. Really????? I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing.

A very good servive
I did not have to wait to get in touch by phone to place my order and I was kept in touch with progress to date. I have yet to receive delivery but expect my item to arrive on time.

Refunds not being made
I returned an item i ordered using the pre-paid returns label i paid for when i placed the order. Weeks later, i still haven't received a refund. My emails are largely ignored. I had one reply, saying i'd receive a refund that day. I didn't though and now I'm having to go through paypal to get my £100 back. Having been a customer for years, i don't trust them anymore and will only buy their products from john lewis in future.

poor quality shirt, poor customer service
Bought 2 velvet shirts but when I used one first time the shoulder seam split (as seam stitched too close to the fabric edge to capture the fabric). Pure collection were uninterested in looking at their quality control or replacing shirt due to delay between buying and when it was first worn (6 months)-they say that 'our warranty against manufacturing faults is only six months'. Also unable to unsubscribe to emails (ironically they keep telling me about the great quality of their garments!)

Too many catalogues sent
I have bought Pure cashmere jumpers for many years. The clothes are good, but what I really hate about Pure is that they add you to their mailing list for paper catalogues without permission (I always request not to be sent catalogues). I have been requesting for many months (probably years now) to stop receiving catalogues. These requests are ignored. Catalogues are sent way too frequently, every couple of weeks. It is such a waste of the world's resources. The company clearly cares nothing about the environment. The same information is available online; I do not need catalogues and they go straight in the recycling. I despair of ever stopping the deluge of catalogues - even if one manages to stop it, as soon as one buys something else from them, the deluge starts again despite requests for no catalogues. So frustrating.

Pure Collection provided outstanding/ exceptional customer service in response to a problem I had as an Australian customer.
Essentially their courier service could not locate my goods. There were problems with reimbursing the money in order for me to repurchase the goods. I lost money on the reimbursement in spite of the Australian dollar having gained value against the UK pound and the items having significantly increased in price from the time I purchased them. The situation was resolved very much to my satisfaction with great assistance from
